Benefits of joining the RPF Club
You will receive a new professional license to practice tennis teaching and coaching granted by the International Tennis Coaches Association, implemented by the International Registry of Fitness Professionals (RPT International), the United States Registry of Fitness Professionals (RPF USA), the European Registry of Fitness Professionals (RPF Europe) and the Registro Profesional de Fitness (RPF).
The contribution of the RPF to the development and success of FITNESS will be decisive, with its international leadership in professional training programs and the certification of tennis coaches, providing the SECURITY & GUARANTEE of its PROFESSIONAL LICENSE for teaching the sport of FITNESS at a GLOBAL level.
You will receive a new professional accreditation from the International Coaches Institute, and another from the Registry of Fitness Professionals, where the hours completed and distributed according to the levels finished and the qualifications obtained will be certified, through the following areas: On site Training, Study & Preparation, Online Training, Personal Development and Professional Experience, with the aim of tackling with guarantees the future new framework for the regulation of the profession and sports qualifications.
Once you have completed the RPF training programs, and once you have passed the corresponding exams/tests, you will receive the qualifications from the United States Registry of Fitness Professionals – RPF USA and the International Registry of Fitness Professionals – RPF International.
In addition, you will also receive certification from the European Registry of Fitness Professionals – RPF Europe and the Registro Profesional de Fitness.
All RPF certifications are recognized and endorsed by the International Coaches Institute, which has been present in 131 countries since 1989 and has certified more than 65,000 sports coaches
Once you have completed the RPF professional training programs, and once you have passed the corresponding tests and exams, you can obtain our digital certificates of your professional accreditation from the Registro Profesional de Fitnees and/or Registry of Fitness Professionals, where through a digital document they will certify you, depending on the levels studied and the qualifications obtained, the hours, tests, assignments and practical hours completed, as well as the distribution of the course’s teaching hours in terms of study and preparation, face-to-face training – OnSITE, online training – OnLINE and the completion of professional practical hours. In addition, this certificate will also reflect all the content covered during each course.
These certificates are sent with a digital signature, both in Spanish and English and are normally requested to access any application for an employment contract both in Spain and abroad. They are also highly recommended to be able to request and obtain work permits in any foreign country, or a work VISA.
The International Coaches Institute launches an International Job List service for Coaches certified by the Registry of Tennis Professionals – RPT, Registry of Padel Professionals – RPP, Registry of Tennis Professionals – RPT, Registry of Pickleball Professionals – RPPk, Registry of Fitness Professionals – RPF. All interested members must have updated their Professional License for Teaching & Coaching granted by the respective Professional Registries. To access the job board, it is essential to be registered with the RPT Club and have your membership fees up to date.

The members of the RPF Club will be able to participate again for free in the courses corresponding to their degree and previous degrees in order to be up-date with the new systems and / or teaching methods. They can also be retested for free in case they need to overcome some level.
In the case of participating in the professional training courses of the International Coaches Institute – ICI, both in OnSITE or OnLINE mode, all members will have a 50€ / $50 discount. For almost three decades the RPF has awarded each year the work of professionals in the different fields of the racket sports and fitness industry. These awards are given together with the nominees as «International Master Professional«, the highest professional category in the RPF. All members of the RPF Club will be able to opt for these dominations.

With the RPF certification, in accordance with current legislation, you have the right to work as a Fitness professional. We offer the guarantee of the professional validity of the RPF certification, and in case of any issues, you will have the support of our entire organization and Vicente Quilis and his law firm, who will handle defending and asserting all your rights.
Through Vicente Quilis and his law firm, specializing in defending fitness professionals and organizing fitness industry companies in all its aspects, you will receive the following services for free: annual income tax declaration for individuals, advice on forms and types of commercial and labor contracts, advice on conflicts with clubs, municipalities, and fitness centers (professional category, salaries, vacations, and rights of fitness professionals in general), advice on payrolls, social security and their costs, advice on ways to be registered with the tax authorities, accounting, and fiscal advice.
Additionally, we will provide you with Civil Liability Insurance, through Berkerly España, which covers damages you may cause to third parties while engaging in activities related to padel teaching.
Coverage and Limits:

- Employer Liability Insurance: €600,000 (sub-limit per victim €150,000)

With the RPF qualification, in accordance with current legislation, you have the right to work as a Fitness teaching professional or coach.
In addition, we will provide you with 1,000,000.00 $US Civil Liability Insurance, through Cameron Linder and PIProgram in United States, which covers any damage you may cause to third parties while carrying out activities related to teaching or coaching Fitness.

All members of the RPF Club will be able to register for FREE in the Spanish Association of Sports Training Professionals – APE Deporte, which was founded in 2019 by a group of professionals from different sports modalities, in order to defend the interests of all their collective based on four Constitutional Rights:
– RIGHT TO WORK: it is a fundamental right recognized constitutionally in article 35 of the Spanish Constitution, so it is a Right that all Spanish sports coaches have, including all fitness professionals. Sports Federations may NOT require that in order to teach teaching classes in any sport, one must necessarily be affiliated or associated with said Federation, thus violating the Principle of Free Association, according to article 12 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the Union European Union (Nice, December 7, 2000), the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (Resolution 217 of the General Assembly of the United Nations in Paris on December 10, 1948), Article 22 of the Spanish Constitution (December 27 1978) and Organic Law 1/2002 of March 22, regulating the Right of Association. In the case of a work-related matter, subject to the workers’ statute and the rest of the labor legislation, all coaches associated with the APE Deporte have the right to work in their sports modality.
– RIGHT TO TRAIN: it is a constitutionally recognized fundamental right, as well as the freedom of all professionals to freely choose the educational center where they want to carry out their training and professional accreditation, without it being the exclusive monopoly of any Sports Federation. The APE Deporte will collaborate with different organizations in order to facilitate the training and retraining of all its associates, both in face-to-face training and in the «OnLINE» format. In each of these activities, all its associates will enjoy exclusive prices and preferential registration prices.
– RIGHT TO WORK INSURANCE: with a Civil Liability Insurance that covers all damages that you may cause to third parties while you exercise activities related to fitness instruction in Spain and Portugal (please consult for other countries). In addition, you will enjoy an exclusive service through a consultancy in accounting and tax matters, in forms and types of commercial and labor contracts, and in all kinds of conflicts with Clubs, Town Halls and Sports Centers.
– RIGHT TO BE RECOGNIZED: You will receive a new professional accreditation & Professional License from the Spanish Association of Sports Training Professionals – APE Deporte, with the aim of facing with guarantees the future new framework of regulation of the profession and sports qualifications. The APE Deporte aims to actively participate in the «negotiation table» of future collective agreements for sports facilities, which is currently the only one that regulates our profession in all Spain. The APE Deporte has signed a collaboration agreement with AEESDAP – Spanish Association of Sports Services Companies to Public Administrations, which is the representative employer, at the national level, of sports services companies to public administrations in the field of benefits services and concessions, representing their interests before the administrations themselves, unions, political parties and other organizations and / or companies, as well as interlocutors in collective bargaining in our sector, this agreement reflects the firm proposal of both entities by improve all the conditions of workers and sports service companies in Spain.
