ADJUSTIV® MOVE aerobic is a product that uses time, intensity and coordination as variables to adjust the difficulty level of the class.
Aerobics has many outdated connotations. Most people associate it with Jane Fonda, dancing, or think it’s an activity just for women. The word AEROBIC comes from “aerobic activity,” which refers to performing physical activity for a specific time at an intensity that does not produce lactic acid in the muscles. In other words, the activity is done at an intensity that allows the muscles to endure the effort.
In this course, you will learn how to combine exercises to create a balanced class, how to make the classes effective and safe to meet different physical conditions; you will learn to teach through example (posture, technique, etc.), to teach in a motivating and inspiring way and how to work with music to give your classes an extra boost. You will also learn how to prevent injuries in group training.
