ADJUSTIV® POWER core represents a systematized session format for core-specific work, both for group sessions and personal trainers.
The progression across different levels ranges from the awareness and activation of deep muscles to strength training through muscle chains, using alternative equipment such as resistance bands, fitness balls, Bosu, etc.
Through the various levels, the work content is structured with a progression in both technical aspects and work intensity. This way, objectives are covered from the beginner level for individuals with low fitness levels to those who require more functional and performance-based training.
In this course, you will learn the biomechanical foundations of the core and technical progressions for training it within Functional Training. You will understand the structure and function of the core, its fundamentals and the different components that make it up, with their functional progressions, using different tools such as fitness balls, Bosu, resistance bands, among others.
