The ADJUSTIV® system from RPF Academy has four levels that serve as a guide, helping the client find the most suitable class for each product. This ensures that clients have the best possible experience from their first training session.

The Basic level is the introduction to the ADJUSTIV® training system. It is designed for individuals who are starting with an ADJUSTIV® product, with a low fitness level and/or after a period of rehabilitation following an injury. It provides the participant with ample information and its goal is to offer a positive experience to encourage them to return.

The Active level increases the intensity of the training by one point. It is designed for individuals who are already familiar with the fundamentals of an ADJUSTIV® product, with a medium fitness level and/or after a period of rest. The exchange of information remains essential, while introducing motivation techniques for the participant.

The Sport level is a very intense training and requires great concentration. It is designed for individuals already experienced with an ADJUSTIV® product, with a high fitness level and seeking a new challenge. The exchange of information is limited and motivation techniques become more important.

The Extreme level is an extremely intense training. It is designed for the most experienced participants in an ADJUSTIV® product to push their physical limits and reach their maximum fitness level. The exchange of information is minimal and motivation techniques convey a lot of energy.

The ADJUSTIV® Formula

The four levels of coordination and intensity are combined with physical activities, creating ADJUSTIV® products, adaptable and context-sensitive products for both sectors: group training and individual training.

The license ‘pack’ includes the 9 products of RPFbase Training.

All products include choreographies for each class, which will be updated every 3 months.

The license provides direct access to the WES system: Web Education System, the dynamic website of RPFbase Training, which contains libraries of files from which music and descriptions for all classes can be downloaded directly to a computer, as well as keeping you informed daily with industry news. The website also aims to function as a network to keep gyms and professionals affiliated with RPF in contact, helping them organize events and exchange information.
